How to contact Neobux!

For members who arent blocked from Neobux website.
The easiest thing to do is just to post a new topic in forum describing your problem or question. As you can see theyve got even a whole sub-forum for Support - Payment Processor Support, Bug Reports, Problems and Doubts, Languages Translation. Basically everything user needs. Response to new made topics are really fast. There are a lot of great members who are willing to answer your questions. You can learn a lot in this forum.

Another way to get to them is by writing a support ticket from website. When you scroll down to very bottom of Neobux site you can find a "Support" button. When you click on it, support page opens up. There you can see all your tickets. I havent got any there, because Ive never used this.

If you want to open up a ticket go to Support page and click on the "Submit support request" button.

And then just write whats wrong and what do you wanna know. Its that simple.

For those who got suspended.

Well, I think theres nothing much to write. When you got suspended you cant access Neobux website and forum either. The only thing you can see is your account balance something like in the screen shoot above. At least they could show their e-mail but no.
If you got suspended and cant contact Neobux trough their website, only thing that you can do is contact them via e-mail. Write something like a support ticket to tickets@neobux.com They will get back to you as soon as its possible. I waited about 24 hours.
